Your message is important, make sure you write it correctly!
In order to be able to identify you as a customer, please make sure to mention the following information:
- Your name and surname (Identical to your customer account... because it's not uncommon for women to place an order using their bridal name, and write to us with their maiden name)
- Your order reference (if you message is regarding a order)
- Your email address (the one used to create your customer account).
Without theses essentials information your message will unfortunately not be processed correctly.
In order not to waste time unnecessarily in the process of your message, consider sending it directly to the right service (a message concerning an order sent to the Technical Department will take 24/48 hours to be transferred to the correct service).
And to finish, note that we answer from Monday to Saturday, except public holidays, during office hours (so NOT during night).
Bonus: Be aware that messages beginning with "Hello" and ending with a signature and courtesy form will ALWAYS be prosessed in priority... on the other hand, those which will be written in slang English or local dialect will be ignored altogether.
