Step 3: I get discounts
Use your Kudos whenever you want: you decide!
When you confirm your order, you can request your discount in your basket provided that the amount of accumulated Kudos total 25 Kudos and that your order reaches the level of 10 € minimum.
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE FIDELITY PROGRAMThe present terms and conditions define the conditions for participation in the Health & Slimming loyalty program.
1- MEMBERSHIPMembership in the Loyalty Program is automatic upon validation of the customer's first order on the Health & Weight Loss website.
2- OBTAINING KUDOSWith each purchase on Santé & Minceur, the customer accumulates kudos on the following basis: 5 euro spent report 1 Kudos of loyalty (excluding shipping costs).
3 - LIFE OF THE KUDOSThe Kudos have a life of 2 years provided that the customer has made at least one order over the last twelve months.
In case of refund of items, the corresponding acquired Kudos will be canceled.
In the event of a claim on Kudos' balance, only the information contained in the Santé & Minceur database will prevail. Any complaint must be sent to our Customer Service.
4 - USE OF KUDOSThe Kudos are usable as soon as the customer reaches the first level of 5 Kudos. The Loyalty Program has 4 levels to obtain discounts as follows:
Reductions acquired through the accumulation of Kudos are neither compensable nor refundable in cash.
Loyalty discounts can not be combined with commercial transactions that require a promotional code, nor can they be combined with current promotional offers.
The balance of the order (excluding shipping costs) after use of a discount must be at least 0 €.
Items acquired through a fidelity discount will be exchangeable on the basis of their original value (before discount) and refundable on the net value paid (after delivery). In the case of a refund, Kudos linked to the reduction will not be re-credited to the account.
5 - EXCLUSION OF THE LOYALTY PROGRAMAny breach of these terms and conditions, any misuse or fraudulent use of the benefits offered by the Fidelity Program, any conduct prejudicial to the interests of the company Health & Slimming, any falsification of information provided by a customer or a third party acting on behalf of 'a customer, will automatically entail the cancellation of said customer, the cancellation of his loyalty Kudos or benefits he would have obtained, without compensation of any kind.
6 - DURATION AND MODIFICATION OF THE PROGRAMSanté & Minceur reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Loyalty Program subject to having previously informed the customers within one month.
In the event of a definitive discontinuation of the Loyalty Program, customers will be informed by mail or e-mail, and no customer will be able to appeal against the company Santé & Minceur for any reason whatsoever . No modification or deletion will give right to a compensation of the customer.
In case of discontinuation of the loyalty program, customers who have collected the sufficient number of Kudos will be able to use these Kudos in the conditions then in force and for a period that can not exceed three months from the end of the loyalty program.
7 - LIABILITYSanté & Minceur is exempt from all liability for the direct or indirect consequences of any anomalies and malfunctions of the loyalty program, whatever their causes.
Santé & Minceur nevertheless undertakes to do its utmost to keep each customer benefit from his cumulative Kudos in case of malfunction.
In case of dispute of the cumulative amount, only the information contained in the Health & Wellbeing database will prevail.
